2 POSITIONS: SALES AND SALES TECH SUPPORT
period, starting May/June 2017.
Sales: you will present our solutions and get enquiries, answer to client request for proposal, prepare proposals and close deals.
Tech Sales Support: you will follow-up sales process and after sales with the IT Team of our customers,

Job descriptions
Sales: You work closely together with our sales manager and business development manager to generate new leads in Life Sciences, Insurtech and Telco Industries.
Tech Sales Support: You work closely with our CTO, our product manager and sales team to support the sales process and solution deployment.
Sales Tasks
- Market opportunities profiling.
- New projects and customers acquisition.
- Telephone and face-to-face call pre-sales role: you will support our Managers by creating and converting potential sales leads into meeting opportunities.
- Preparing quotations and proposals
- Close deals
Sales Tech Support Tasks
- Provide timely technology support and problem resolution to Pryv clients.
- Provide support by phone, email, and on site (software utilisation, user account creation and maintenance, etc.)
- Interact with clients to provide guidance, assistance, and follow up.
- Train customers.
What do we expect from you?
Bachelor/Master in Business, Commercial Economics or a related discipline Bachelor/Master in Information Technology or a related discipline
- You are fluent in at least two of the following languages: French, English, German (written and verbal), with communication skills.
- You are interested in the Ehealth ecosystem.
- Sales, you have an affinity for IT.
- Tech, you have an affinity for customer services.
